PROTEIN LOADED BANANA MUFFINS

Boosted Collagen Coffee
Ingredients

3 large bananas, mashed well
1 scoop Kissed earth Replenish vanilla protein
1 egg
1/3 cup nut butter of choice
1 cup almond meal
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder



Method

1. Add all ingredients to one large mixing bowl. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
2. Pour into cupcake paper moulds and bake on 180deg for 15mins. Keep an eye on them, they may need a few mins more or less depending on your oven.
