Mother's Day

With Mother’s Day around the corner, I wanted to share some of my favourite ways to celebrate Mother’s Day at home.

START THE DAY WITH BREAKFAST IN BED
I love to start my morning with my Collagen Coffee, followed by a nourishing breakfast. I love my Healthy Breakfast Burger
WORK OUT
Make sure you get outside and spend some quality, tech free time together. I love to go for walks with the family. Not only is this a great way to get moving, it also ensures you get some Vitamin D.
TREAT MUM TO SOME ACTIVEWEAR
For me activewear is the ultimate gift. As someone who spends most of her day in activewear, a new pair of leggings or crop is the perfect gift. Activewear is also a great motivator - whenever I receive a new piece of activewear, I automatically want to work out!
WORK OUT
I feel my best when I’m moving my body. My 20 full body workout is a great all-rounder and you can even get the kids involved.
BAKING
I love spending the afternoon baking some healthy treats with my kids. Why not try baking my delicious Carrot Cake or Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread? 
MEDITATE

Meditation has been the most transforming element to my wellness journey - allowing me to find a deep sense of fulfillment, gratitude, peace and patience with the world. 20 mins in the morning or afternoon makes a real difference to my overall wellbeing. Check out my tips on meditation.
