WARM UP

WORKOUT - 1-2 ROUNDS!
1. Warrior 2 pulses x 10 each leg

2. Crescent lunge pulse x 10 each leg

3. Crescent lunge mini pulse x 10 each leg

4. Tiger curl combo (tricep/chest/bicep) x 5 each leg

5. Modified Sun A flow x 5

6. Arm combo (in & up) x 40

7. Leg pulse plank x 20 each leg

8. Scissor kicks x 40

9. Bicycle legs x 20
